Tom Schiff A graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Law School, Tom has enjoyed a career in both real estate development and as a law firm real estate lawyer. As a fee developer, he was responsible for overseeing the entitlement, design and construction of complex owner-user buildings designed by I. M. Pei, Barton Myers, Charles Gwathmey and others. Because of his development experience, Tom’s law firm practice encompassed all aspects of real estate development and ownership, including land use, construction, leasing, finance, and purchase and sale agreements. Tom was a Los Angeles City Planning Commissioner from 2003 to 2006, and for some years was the commentator for a group of NPR stations. |
