Project Description:
The Harbor District Revitalization at the Redondo Beach Marina will be a new mixed use development on an approximately 13 acre site adjacent to the Redondo Seaside Lagoon. The existing property consists of neighborhood restaurants and a 58 slip commercial marina. The new development will feature a mixture of marina slips, retail, restaurant, and office spaces arranged around a variety of public amenities including an outdoor amphitheater, a waterfront esplanade, and other selected entertainment options. The design is intended to enhance the Redondo waterfront and create a destination for the local community residents. In addition, the development concept will create a destination complimenting the “outdoor lifestyle” by catering to local businesses and activities such as surfing, boating, fishing, and bicycling. The final project will contain:
- Restaurant – 28,400 square feet
- Retail – 113,110 square feet
- Office – 52,475 square feet
- Marina – 1,614 linear feet
